How to Restore Your RightsDepending on your felony conviction, you will need to complete one of two forms. All applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. Applications must be complete in order to be considered, and you must have paid all costs and fines related to your conviction. Also, you cannot have a conviction for a DWI within the past five yers immediately preceding your application, and you must have paid all costs and fines owed to any other court, including traffic fines.
